Welcome! I see adults with various relationship issues and quality of life concerns and those wanting to expand their personal growth and take care of their mental health. I provide Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral therapies, with other supportive therapies. Integration Psychology empowers patients and tends to their most pressing needs. Also, as an EMDR-trained Clinician, I provide sessions for reprocessing trauma and PTSD to help patients who feel stuck in their body or thinking or who feel younger than they are and may have frozen or unprocessed memories. I provide psychological evaluations and personality testing.
I work collaboratively with individuals to listen to and deepen your understanding of your authentic self and engage with you therapeutically. Whether you are interested in psychoanalysis or shorter-term therapy, we will explore what a good fit is based on your resources. I provide psychological interventions so you can make sense of your experiences and have fuller meaning by understanding your brain. I offer a safe space free of judgment, which puts you on the path to becoming conscious and integrated and feeling more satisfied.
I look forward to meeting you.

Finding a good fit in a therapist takes some effort and is crucial to successful therapy outcomes. Our office accepts self-pay and some forms of insurance. We provide a sliding scale based on income and your referring agency/provider. We are an out-of-network provider for many insurance providers. Currently, we accept in-network insurance (see the "About" tab for more details). You can use your insurance with some PPOs where out-of-network providers can see you. If you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
Ray works with patients with mild to acute mental health concerns and with dual diagnoses. Often, individuals will present with more stability and balance in the mind and body throughout many treatments. With professional support, many people progress toward developing a lasting source of inner strength, reducing their clinical symptoms, and concluding their psychotherapy. With in-person therapy or therapy online, Ray will hear your concerns and customize a treatment plan that is right for you.
